If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. I got a phone for my mom last November under a promotion. I go in to pay my bill just to find out THEY ADDED A LINE THAT IM BEING CHARGED FOR that I don’t even have. A whole new number that is NOT a number I even recognize. I’m well aware of dummy lines but this one is not it. I talked to a worker in Moreno Valley about it and they even said I was being overcharged. When I went in to ask them about it some young blonde worker had gotten her panties in a bunch or had just gotten broken Up with and took her anger out on me, and was having the worst attitude and they showed me the dummy line but IGNORED THE OTHER LINE that I was being charged for that I didnt ask for. I have been overcharged for a YEAR and they refuse to take the line off.
I will be contacting whoever I need to get this fixed.
I had a very hard time getting errors on my bill fixed & had to speak with management three different times. The last time I went in, the store manager was super stressed & irate yelling at me for over 20 mins complaining how she has 1005 things to do & my service is not a priority.
I really dont’t appreciate the manager getting paid by t-mobile to stand there & yell at me. She was so out of control she knocked the card stand down & all the cards fell at my feet! I really hope t-mobile will do something to help their managers out. They should not be taking their stress out on customers! At least she didn’t actually hit me!
