I been for long time a T mobile Customer and I never never was in this situation. This is really sad, with these young people who are so disrespectful ...January 3rd I came back in less than a month to put insurance on my phone because I forgot to put it. I arrived with these guys. They attended me in a very frivolous and rude way. I asked them if I wanted insurance for my phone. They told me we cannot sell it to you and I told them that it was less than two weeks since I had come because of the snow storm. and in a bad way they gave me the most expensive plan, the one that covers phones from 500 dollars onwards, mine cost less than that, I had the cheapest insurance ... they taught that I did not speak English and said in English that they were upset because I told them(Jerry the manager and Edgar) the truth is their service in English and Spanish is more rude than anything(except for a nice guy whose name is Marcos) and they told me the Company charges you for this, it's not our fault. but in a rude way and I told him if you have a bad day I'm sorry.
