Ok, I don't do this often but I had such a great experience that I had to come on here and say something. As you can see from the picture I have added I was having a bad day on Friday the 13th of all days. smh The only reason I went to this specific T-mobile store was because I had just clocked off work and this location was the closest one to me. Lets face it we live in a world where not having a phone is no longer an option. Nicole is the representative that was helping me. She was very kind and understanding. she helped me right away, and not only did she put up with all my stupid jokes she added to them. Her attitude alone turned my day around. She helped me pick out a new phone and listened to my preferences and helped me with all of my accessories. 10 out of 10 would definitely return to this location.
