DON'T be fooled by the gullible nice guys behind the counter. They just believe what they're being told by corporate. This is hands down the worst cell phone carrier out there, No question. I've tried all the majors. For Tmobile, the most basic task of making a payment is a huge hassle and involves extra charges, frustrating dead ends, and a half hour on the phone minimum. every. single. month. UNLESS you want to store your cc and give them access to hit it whenever they see fit. I'm not about to trust them w that if they can't handle basic manual payments tho lol. The website always malfunctions the same way yet they always act surprised when you call and tell them. the little customer service chat on the website is ZERO help, they cant even access any account info to make a payment. The service itself is spotty in the city and even if your phone shows full signal, it's likely to drop several bars as soon as you try to do anything that requires signal reception. If you have low signal at all where you are, nothing works at all. The phones are trash unless you dump a ridiculous sum of $$ or sign a contract. Spend your money ANYWHERE else and save immeasurable frustration and time. . i long for the times when doing bad business meant a business failed in the end. Change or tank Tmobile.

Wow! Outstanding service! Went in to see Jason about adding a line and to return some equipment. Walked out of there with a new IPhone 15 for my daughter with all the bells and whistles with minimal damage to my wallet and my mind, lol. Thank you Jason and T Mobile for outstanding customer service!!!! I highly recommend visiting the store on South Hill, they do not disappoint!

My T-Mobile rep Jason was extremely knowledgeable about the product and services T-Mobile offers, and he made it very easy to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile.. jason was very professional, and I've already given 2 of my family
members his name and number.. Thanks So much
