I met the powerful Georgee and Caleb at the counter. Much to my delight, they both helped me with alacrity. If I were the owner or manager of this branch, I would immediately give both of them raises. These types of loyal workers are hard to find, therefore, they well deserve a living wage for the hard work and sacrifice they put into this company.
My son decided to add me to his T mobile account. My son lives in California. I'm in Spokane. I had to go in to T mobile on my end to transfer my # and get it done. I went to the store on Mission. Caleb worked with me without a problem. He pulled up my son's account, and he went through the motions with me. Caleb was able to get me a new phone, too. At no cost due to the special offers for being a new T mobile customer. He even called my son, letting him know he was able to get things done. Everything was a breeze. Caleb was friendly and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure having such good customer service. Caleb, you're the best.
