Store Manager Irish has provided outstanding customer service in a complex transition to T-Mobile. He listens carefully, ensures he understands the issue and impacts, then problem solves in real time. I've dealt with many T-Mobile personnel and business consultants over the past several months and Irish outperformed them all. He has successfully and efficiently solved problems he did not create. The assistant manager, Austin, helped me. I came in to have my phone fixed. He trouble shooted my phone and when it couldn't be repaired, Austin was very helpful in finding me an affordable replacement that fit my budget. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient in explaining the benefits of each model. Austin put the needs of the customer first and related to me as a person. Extremely satisfied with my experience!
