I went to T-Mobile today and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised at how wonderful my service was at this t-mobile. Mike was awesome!! They were able to help me get everything done and was so nice and pleasant. I was afraid to come here because I had bad service over a year ago but I'm very happy that I came in and I had a wonderful experience with them. thank you Mike and also the Manager I didn't catch his name.

Worst experience at tmobile I have ever had. Never had to deal with Apple to get a broken phone replaced, when I purchased it at that exact store. Employee rude too.

I was in the T-Mobile store today and was helped by BayBee Love. Although my issue was complicated she was extremely professional, helpful and informative, thoroughly walking me through the process smiling all the while. I wish there were more people in customer service with her demeanor. Great experience, I’ll be back!
