While the review is for the T-Mobile on Yelm Highway in Lacey, it is really for a T-Mobile representative there. If T-mobile ever reads this, Art saved T-Mobile from losing 4 lines and my business.
Art had five winning characteristics, he was honest, helpful, respectful, thorough, and knowledgeable. I am a long time college president so I have dealt with thousands of individuals in my life. I am not a beginner at personnel assessment.
T-Mobile would benefit from putting him in charge of training, and perhaps should look at him for a bigger role. BTW, I just looked at the store’s other excellent reviews. The manager deserves credit as well
Of course what a review reader wants to know is whether that T-Mobile store is a good place to go. It was great for me. It certainly will be for you if you ask for Art. And in case you wonder, I never met Art in my life before yesterday. :)
