Completely messed up our transfer from Verizon, customer service was pretty useless as well… we ended up having to drive to the South Hill Mall location to get our service working!!! (After we showed up 2 minutes after closing and they would not even open the door to speak to us, handed us a note through the door) …and our service still didn’t work for one of our numbers because the number was assigned to a free line without an actual phone… I would not go there, take the extra few minutes and drive to the mall ☹️

Absolutely horrible customer service. Manager has no idea what’s going on regarding situations or issues that you handle through tmobile care prior to going to the store. Be advised not to rely on this location for continuity of care regarding device or service issues. Also do not expect to be treated or spoken to like a valued customer by any means at all. Store employees are completely unwilling to try to see situations from the customers perspective but rather impose or force their views onto you the customer.

Switched today from a different carrier, and the process went smoothly and very nice as I was met with a great customer service. Soliya is a great person and cares for customers. Soliya took care of me and helped me get what I wanted and more. I would definitely say that she is a great human and worker to have in a company.
