The customer service at this location is a complete joke. Luke and the other team members were very short, passive aggressive and unprofessional. Referred me to the customer care center when the issue was at this facility. I cannot believe that Luke believes he can speak to customers in the way that he spoke to me. This of course was over the phone because he must have major insecurities to speak so boldy over the phone because he guaranteed would not speak this way face to face. They clearly have a lack of organization , a lack of understanding words and a lack of good human skills because they "lost" a phone that was sent for me, claimed they never got it, even though on my end it says Yahya signed for it. So where did Yahya put it?, in his pocket? Who knows, maybe Luke took it ? Who knows , apparently they don't know. The audacity to speak to me the way Luke did when the mistake on their end shows such disrespect. Luke probably doesn't like his job and wants to work elsewhere T mobile. Something to think about.

Yael was very polite, she went out of her way to set up my new phone. She was juggling multiple customers whilst giving each of us quality service. She knew the answer to my every question. Thank you to the team over at Normandy Park for the stellar experience.

Summer and the assistant manager are great (sorry, i forget her name!)
but when i came back a week later after transferring from verizon to tmobile to get some support with my phone transfer errors, i was greeting with someones name that started with Y. he looked up my info, and said it should work. maybe talk to my assistant manager. (who was busy) and then he put his airbuds back in and ignored me for the next 30 minutes. since the assistant manager was still busy, i left.
glad he was able to listen to his music
