On a positive note, I will say Emely B was great. She was able to fix the situation and had a positive attitude during both visits to the store. I would suggest the manager give her a raise or Verizon should steal her. Thanks Emely.
I went in the store dedperate for help. A young lady by the name of Sandra help me. Toally fixed the whole switch I needed done I wish all employee's were as kind.
