Cassandra will not be honest about deals and promotions, will get upset that you are armed with basic information, and will create your account prematurely which caused many issues on the backend and my time wasted.

On a positive note, I will say Emely B was great. She was able to fix the situation and had a positive attitude during both visits to the store. I would suggest the manager give her a raise or Verizon should steal her. Thanks Emely.
