I walked into this location a year or two ago, waited for something like half an hour to get a new screen protector, and walked out without any attempt at service or acknowledgement from the staff.
Yesterday, I walked in to upgrade to an iPhone 15 expecting a long wait and some ridiculous hassle, and was pleasantly surprised by the new staff in the store. There were maybe 4 people in line before me, and they were all happy customers walking out of the store with whatever they needed within 10 minutes or less. Andy, Chyna, and Josh were all very pleasant and helpful, and even though they didn't have the iPhone that I wanted in the store, they took the time to help me order it, sat down and crunched numbers with me, and really worked to help me get the best deal possible. They were all very professional and personable, and my visit was actually the best experience I have ever had at a retail mobile store. I highly recommend this location to any T-mobile customer.
