Cheyenne and her great male colleague (who's name I can't remember, sorry!) are fantastic. They are intelligent and helpful and friendly. If they don't know (and they generally do) they'll spare no effort to find out.
Given that so many younger people these days do work only grudgingly, this is like a throwback to a GOOD fifteen years ago ago - before customer service became largely extinct. To find such support in Longview is remarkable.

The staff was wonderful at this location! My husband and I were having a hard time with our current carrier, we went into t mobile and they were friendly and super attentive. Brandon and Dylan were extremely helpful, they both took their time to explain different features on each device we were considering, walked us through setup without any issues, explained promotions and gave us all the information we needed for the switch and save promotion. We lowered our original bill from our other carrier by $50 with an additional line, phone upgrade and WiFi (which we did not have with our other carrier) Great customer service!
I brought my sister in due to the great service we experience the day prior and we were greeted by ida and Trevor. They were absolutely wonderful, same experience we had with Brandon and Dylan. The customer service of this specific location is unmatched! Will be bringing in as many people as I possibly can! The deals are wonderful, the staff is very informative and knowledgeable and overall very friendly! I cannot give this place a better rating! 10/10!
