Came in to add a data plan for my Apple Watch (I already have an account) and the rep asked where did I buy it from, to which I said “the Apple store”. He proceeded to say “not sure if we can add a data plan for that”. First red flag.
He then asked the other rep, who appears to be more knowledgeable, and the other person said “we can certainly do that.”
Long story short, I got data plan on my watch. However, when I went home and logged in to my account, 2 new lines were added and I was charged 2 activation fees.
I called them and they told me they’d fix it. Waited for 2 hours and called them again 15 minutes before they closed, but they didn’t answer. I kept calling and still no answer.
I had to call the main customer service number and got that sorted out.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
