Horrible customer service. They were so annoyed thar a customer walked in, 3 employees, no customers, they said no to all my questions and did all they could to get me to leave.

Henry at T-Mobile is the absolute best! Henry has always been so knowledgeable and helpful! There’s been so many times where I’ve needed something and he’s been there every step of the way to help me transfer service, get a new phone, etc. He’s the guy I would send anyone to for their phone needs!

Every time I go in, whether checking on my service or looking for the next upgrade, they are very helpful. They always have answers for my questions and always treat me with respect. They also seem to want to help me as best they can without overly trying to sell me on something I don't need. The store is always clean and the employees always have good hygiene. The music is never too loud and the atmosphere feels peaceful and calming.
