My name is Mathew Kenrick. I came in on Friday, 9/16/22, to get 2 watch lines added on my plan. I worked with Amber, and she was amazing. She was having issues with her equipment, so she quickly escalated the situation. She stayed engaged with me the whole time, as the issue was getting resolved. It was a great experience overall, and I'm really happy with my new watch. Stay awesome, guys!

I needed a lot of help with my phone & Kim was awesome. She spent a lot of time helping me & it was after close when she finished. I told her I could come back & she said no , it's ok. She was a very big help & I can't say enough about her customer service. Thanks a bunch Kim.

I worked with Kim M. She was outstanding. There had been some issues in getting an account started previously with t mobile (nothing to do with any employee at the Washington MO location). She was very patient and also very diligent and successfully navigated the entire process with me. Without her help I would not be a t mobile customer today.
