Walked in, no hello, no how are you, no nothing. We walk around to browse, no greetings or can I help you, can I help you find anything? We sit for a few minutes, stand up and browse again still no communication whatsoever. In plain and simple words this TMobile location S * C K S! Cant tell you about the customer service because we didnt get any... I will spend my money somewhere else.

I will be reporting this store to the BBB credit bureau after leaving with no account rendered nor price over a simple mobile hotspot rendered. They will have you just stand there waiting and we said no we're not just going to stand there waiting forever.
