Total waste of my time and pure laziness. I tried to return a home router which they lied that i had coverage, no one wants to accept my return and told me only a manager can authorize the return. Told me to come back 6 hours later. I went directly to another T-mobile store and guess what? The person who accepted my return at the other store was not a manager. This employee told me anyone can process my return. He asked me what they were doing over there, i said nothing... just standing around and playing on their phones. T-mobile on TV highway sucks!!

I received good customer service at this T-mobile location. One associate told me how to fix my phone and my phone is in working order. I would return in the future Thank you

6 Stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fixed all my problems‼️ They deserve a small raise. The manager Leo was over-achieving and over-in-abundance for customer service and I would recommend him and his store to any one of my friends, and family. He fixed the problem with flying colors! He deserves a raise, and he's getting a good recommendation.
