Had the worst customer experience with Darla. At least that is what she said her name was. Hard to tell when you're not wearing a name tag at work. Probably a good reason why she wasn't. She was rude, unhelpful and condescending. After calling into the store, I confirmed I had to go in person to order a replacement screen protector in person. When I went in, she told me there was nothing she can do to order my replacement screen. This was about 2 hours after I called in and spoke with the previous employee on shift. After going back and forth and telling her she had to order the screen replacement, she told me if I am going to be "stupid" please leave my store. I called the 611 number just like I was told, and they told me this had to be ordered in person. I am not sure if she is just lazy or does not know how to do her job properly, but this is not how you treat a customer. I constantly get conflicting info from this location, and they are always telling me to call the 611 support number. I would recommend going to a T-Mobile store that is not a third party like this one. Employees are not trained properly and are never willing to help in person. I would recommend using the Cypress store instead. The employees are way more helpful and will at least try to get you an answer instead of telling you to call the 611 support number. I would not recommend this T-Mobile store if it was the last one on earth.

The most dishonest people I have ever dealt with! Watch out for the vietnamese guy he is so dishonest. I told him I want to pay cash but he still ran my credit and charged my cash portion as a downpayment. He charged me insurance and accessories after I told him several times that I didn't want them. Two billing cycles and they are still not refunding my 650 dollar that he took as down payment even though I don't even have the device! They are dishonest! Do not trust anything they say to you! I have been to the store4 times and I have been on the phone to customer service but no one helps. They just keep delaying everything and keeping my money. Each time it takes a long time to explain everything and they say they are taking notes but they don't do anything. I am sick of dealing with t-mobile and I am disgusted with thier customer service.

I stopped by the shop on my way to LAX to get 2 SIM cards for my family. Savana and Josh tried to issue the cards. However, they failed to issue the cards and I got late for the airport . I guess Ill never learn that T-Mobile is a real bad service company. The place is very conveniently located in Seal Beach 🏝, just off Interstate 405. Tow stars for the good reception and location.
