Disappointing.
I was told from Cheyanna that my iphone 11 was eligible for a trade-in of $1,000. We did the paperwork, I paid nothing out of pocket, and later when I received my bill, was told that promotion was expired. My wife and daughter got more money for older phones the month before, and I was led to believe the promotion was still in tact by the Cheyanna, and made the deal as a result. I get that people make mistakes, but I am the one paying for it.
I will say Joshua the manager is great and trying to do what he can to help, but still frustrating taking someone on their word, and finding out a month later that the promotion they told you was incorrect.
