Talked on the phone to T-mobile service to change my carrier but didn't want to give my personal information to someone in So. Africa (with lots of noise). He said go into the store. My husband went in the store and got the same price quoted as from the online agent when he went to check. Next we both went in the following day to change the phones and it was $20.00 more. The girl was the nastiest, rudest, sharpest toned girl, I have ever dealt with as a customer when I tried to get an answer to the price difference. Worse service than even ATT. Had originally been a T-Mobile customer for 19 years and thought I would come back. One of my most upsetting , awful, shopping experiences with this girl at T-Mobile. They are not on the same page. Will never deal with T-Mobile as a carrier again!

The staff was friendly and helpful. They deserve a 5 star rating. I gave it 4 stars because they don't offer on-site phone repair, and I have to take care of fixing my phone on my own.
