My entire family and I have been T-Mobile subscribers for several decades (ever since we've had cell phones). I recently began going to my local Reseda T-Mobile store at 19401 Victory Boulevard whenever I've had any questions about my phones. It's located in a shopping center with plenty of parking.
I am writing this review to primarily praise Savannory who has helped me on several occasions (as well as Juan and Jason) with regard to mechanical or technical issues I have had with several Samsung T-Mobile and other unlocked Note 10 and Note 20 cell phones I've owned and purchased on line as well as questions I've had about using my cell phone while traveling abroad next month.
Throughout our conversations, Savannory & the others were kind, patient, and knowledgeable in answering my many questions, and it was clear they all had my best interests in mind. At no time has anyone tried to convince me to upgrade to a newer phone and always were able to resolve the issues I've had with my older cell phones.
