I went into this store asking if I could return a galaxy 5 watch because of many issues. I was greeted by a T Mobile representative named Victor. He asked if I had a receipt. I said no I ordered it through customer service. He said I need to contact customer service. I asked if he could on my behalf he said he could not. I then asked to see if this was a franchise or company owned store he said franchise. I then said, no wonder. As I approached the door to leave Victor said "go f..k yourself. I quickly turned around and said what did you say?? I asked him for his name and Manager's name and he refused. I was appalled by this egregious behavior and unprofessional treatment of a good T Mobile customer. I called customer service and told them of the incident. They apologized and promised to investigate. It appears that these Franchise stores are misrepresenting T Mobile with foul language and poor treatment toward their customer base. I would never use that kind of language to a customer......ever!!
