Incompetent thieves.
She told me they couldn't get the device (which T-Mobile sells) to work. Refused to refund the $35 I paid for activation. Was rude and told me to come back the next day to speak with the manager. She got all upitty because I pointed out that T-Mobile sells the device and she said I "slammed" my driver's license down.
This was my third visit. It was my last. Avoid this location.

Customer service rep advised me to return a device at any tmobile store. So I came here since I was nearby but employee there said I couldn’t return there, I had to go where I originally purchased. Called member serv again, was told that was not true. Went to another location(not where device was purchased btw ) they took the return for me. If the employee at this location just didn’t want to help me she could’ve said that instead of lying about not being able to.

Wow! Alexander, the manager at T-Mobile at 333 E Maine has been a huge help in sorting out technical problems with technology. He is kind to, from my view, every customer who has walked in, personable and assists his employees enthusiastically. Thank you T-Mobile. He is your prototype for excellence.
