T-Mobile customer service has become worse than ever. It used to be a good company with good customer service. But recently it has gone from good to worse. Very unprofessional representative don't know how to complete a simple task. I,ve been with T-Mobile since long time but i think it is time to move to a different network.

Mint is now T-Mobile. So I have been a Mint mobile customer for almost 5 years. I called them to try and reset my data or pay for 1 months of unlimited since their service is my only connection to try and get my property fixed since Hurricane Helene in GA and they refused unless the up sold me for a year package. They said it couldn't be done. I'm so dang disappointed in Mint.

T-Mobile ruined Sprints good service by selling out. Using call centers from other countries is destroying USA and T-Mobile service. Shame 😞 on you T-Mobile. Was with Sprint over 30 years. Business customer paid an average of $3-5k a month with Sprint services over the years. T-Mobile destroying my businesses in less than 2 years that they took a violent merger and sold out their customer un-service to Philippines. BOO HISS
