I was at the store with some inquiries about a pretty complex issue. Kelani and Nathaniel took their time to help me resolve the issue from beginning to end. Furthermore, they helped my girlfriend open up a line and resolve a series of other issues, after the whole.
I did not expect that these two associates would have taken their time to go above and beyond as such. They are definitely an asset to the organization.

God what an uncomfortable experience it was coming here.
I came at a time when it wasn’t busy and had a simple question about an upgrade and starting a new plan.
The associate immediately had an attitude and made me feel like I was bothering him when I had very short and simple requests.
I asked about pricing for phones and plans and he just started making up numbers that were clearly nonsensical and didn’t add up. I walked out at that point. What a shame.
