Sat there for ten minutes with what I assume were three separate workers not saying anything. They were dressed too casually to tell. Called. No answer, they just let the phones ring.

Chris C. helped us tremendously. My phone had issue with connecting the phone number to it. He made several calls and made it work. He took two hours to help us even though my new phone wouldn’t work. He did an excellent job.Thank you Chris for outstanding job. Please keep him and he deserves a raise!

We absolutely love the T-Mobile Store in Valencia! Being just a few stores away and within walking distance makes it incredibly convenient. The entire team at this location deserves a shoutout for their kindness, patience, and exceptional training. They efficiently helped us set up our account, and their commitment to addressing any concerns on our business account is truly commendable.
