DO NOT ever go to this store!!! They lie to customers to get them to purchase plans and then charge excessive fees!!!
I am completely frustrated with TMobile saying they cannot fix this situation which was clearly dishonest behavior just to get a sale!!!
With that type of scarcity mindset the store will never thrive!! Treat people how you and your family want to be treated!!!
The manager kept going back and forth with me saying we cannot make a change in the system!
This is a very dishonest store and I'm telling you, you don't want to go there!!! Will definitely be going to another service provider if this is not fixed.
