UPDATE!!! BELOW I absolutely love coming here ONLY, I l enjoy my T mobile service as well 12 plus years , the other day went with my daughter to upgrade her i phone the sales person Jairo ,was just amazing he had great people skills ,patient, and very knowledgable on products available. we were out the door in no time. we do not regret our purchase! thanks T mobile and Jairo.

October 12,2024 Mall store so went today to this location its my fave location I always get the best service from here . I have been with t mobile 15 yrs, & today was NO different my t mobile expert today was Zachary S, 5 stars for His helpfulness his attention to detail on making sure I had all I needed for my visit today, thank you sir! Very motivated employee and a great example!

Went looking for service from the guys there, they were too busy talking to themselves to ask if I needed assistance and I had the feeling they didn't see me as a possible customer worth their time and effort. I ended up going to another store a few miles down the road and got help getting a new line and new phone. Take my advice, go to another t-mobile store, and skip the one inside the Montebello mall.

Customer service was amazing when I first entered the store , I was greeted with a warm welcome and big smile by a guy named Manuel :) . He was very patient and helpful with me that I would definitely recommend going here since the people here are very nice and helpful !!
