I went in after another store and they couldn’t help me. I came here and Hector and Johnny were able to help me out after customer service and a different store couldn’t! Thank you

Nice experience here today. Staff is pretty young and inexperienced, but we got a Johnny today. He is very knowledgeable and nice. Happy with how it went. And the manager drove to sunnyvale to get my phone because they were out of stock! 4 stars because the previous day visit had some room for improvement.

They fooled my mom into getting a plan upgrade we didn’t need. Mislead her into thinking she was getting more features. When she called corporate was told that this store does that a lot, that was all they had to say.
