On February 26th I had come into the store to get help with a very stressful situation and Cecilia, Jacob, and Lamar all did such an amazing job with making me feel like a valued T-Mobile Customer. I am absolutely grateful with the help and service you all delivered to me that day.

They took my California drivers license to scan it and didn’t give it back yesterday!!!

They said they needed to scan it to open my account never handed it back and I didn’t remember to ask for it they rushed so much hopefully they didn’t steal it and it better be there tomorrow

My job depends on my driver’s license

Very helpful and friendly staff! I was in the city for a few days and had to deal with a roaming issue. Vee found a solution to my problem suggesting an affordable plan. You folks are amazing!
