Went to location paid my bill then wanted to upgrade unfortunately I lost my license, manager asked me if I had a debit card with name on it so I showed the debit card then stated to finance a new phone I need to have a goverment ID, so why would you ask for to see my card. I called customer service phone they verified my information spoke to the employee and still would not assist me. This is not the store I normally go to and I will never go back manager os rude and did not care to assist me.

Came in to do some changes. Randy was a big help. The whole store were polite to everyone walking in.

I definitely recommend this Tmobile store! Specifically, the sales guy, Richard, he is very helpful and nice knows what he is selling and can actually get deals that fit you! I’ve gone to other T-Mobile stores multiple times and had encounters with other sales person but no one was able to get me a satisfied deal that I understood and wanted; unlike, Richard. Great customer service!
