These people are the best to work with. I had a blast with them in the store. Made an hour feel like nothing. They're the only store that actually helps us when we have any issues. Come to this store for all ur cellphone needs. They're right next Cinnabon.

I didn't drop my phone or damaged it. It was factory damaged. But they still said I couldn't pick up my new phone that arrived at the store for the second time(first time I wasn't notified that it got there and internal damage got worse). It's been 3 weeks and I keep going in circles. I called insurence and insurence telling me to go to t-mobile. And t mobile telling me to call insurence. The last thing I need from them is to tell me that they giving me a refurbished phone after going in circles and I didn't even break it.

Worst experience ever from a Spanish guy who seemed to be upset that he was scheduled for work. I was looking to upgrade my phone and was advised I had to buy it no trade in value allowed. Horrible customer service. I went online that same day and was advised ( as I knew ) that, that was incorrect. I ended up with my new phone no thanks to him…. I wish I had his name, such a unpleasant experience.
