T-Mobile service depends on the employee you are dealing with. Their attitude, knowledge and authority matters. I switched to them my 2 lines by calling 800 # on their web site which went to approved dealer in Georgia or Alabama. Agent falsely promised free phones but that issue was resolved when escalated to CEO's office. Thanks to # Pedro Montalvo. Now the issue was to start E-Sim. get Netflix, data transfer etc. Luckily this store which is a company store was not too far. And luckily I met Adrian- the best T-Mobile employee I have ever met so far... who delivered. he was knowledgeable, knew how to overcome hurdles and I was on my way with ready to use phone. Near by store - Asst. manager I talked to over the phone was not so willing. I am still trying to get AAA promotion but purpose of this review is to advise you that ask for Adrian in this T-Mobile store if you need phone, new lines, service. He is an asset to T-Mobile or for that matter any corporation. I wish him Goodluck in his career.
