Received an upgrade and a new replacement Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra without any friction. The employees here actually exceeded what I asked for and were cordial and competent. I left that store feeling like I just left church. They gave me hope in humanity. All jokes aside I definitely recommend this store. If you are worried about someone waking up on the wrong side of the bed and then giving you an "all bad" experience go to this store. The experts here are great and deserve praise.

I don’t really write reviews unless, I’m SUPER CONTENT with product or service. I highly recommend this location because they follow COVID protocols, and ARIEL made this switch very pleasant, and easy for me and my sister. One day I just decided to call T-mobile because I was fed up with their competitors high monthly cost. I called this location and I spoke to Ariel, he was very friendly, patient and very willing to speak to me in regards to my situation over the phone. Due to his great customer service I decided that I wanted to continue to discuss my business with him. He was very easy to talk to and made things work for me to be able to meet him at the T-mobile store. I was straight forward with what I was looking for and NEEDED. With no hesitation or round-around, Ariel helped me and my sister. We were very happy with what was offered to us and with no hesitation we transitioned over to T-mobile with ease. There was a moment where manager Steven had to assist with one of the deals offered, Ariel informed me I would receive a call, the next day and as told, that call from his manager was received and matter was completed. Just as Ariel, Steven was just as friendly, patient, and helpful. I was truly dreading the switch! Never have I had such ease transitioning to a mobile carrier. Thank you to Ariel and Steven!

I just wanted to say that Octavio R. helped me tremendously with a couple cancellations I needed to make as well as restoring my data to my new phone. He literally saved me! He was very genuine and kind. I usually feel like sales people just help when it’s beneficial to them but he was the total opposite and was very compassionate. Keep it up! 😊
