Went into TMobile was welcome and helped instantly. Bryan and David took the time to help me switch over from Sprint with patience..... Since I am so complicated. I was genuinely happy to see such a positive environment with employees and customers interactions. Will definitely recommend this location, thank you love my phone and my plan :)

Went in for an update on my previous Sprint phone. They were friendly & helpful. I liked the fact that the original representative who greeted me was humble enough to ask a more senior representative to assist us as she wasn't familiar on how to do the update because it's frustrating when they have you waiting while they try to figure it out instead of asking someone else to help and observe to learn for next time on how to do it!

If you want experienced employees that know how to do their job and will actually help you out then definitely don’t come here. Serious Find a authorized T-Mobile store go there and save yourself some time.
