I went to this location today and was helped by Donald and to be honest I was dreading going because I knew getting a new phone would be a lengthy process but Donald was so amazing and made buying a phone an actual enjoyable experience. He really seems to truly enjoy his job and is so knowledgeable. I never leave reviews, literally never. I really had to take the time though today because the customer service I received today was absolutely fantastic. Thank you, Donald for all your help.

Donald originally helped me transfer from Sprint to T-Mobile and I couldn't have been happier. He was very thorough & explained everything to me.
Now I have had my phone for over a month the service is fantastic my connection is awesome and I went in again to get a couple of things and I came out with more than I expected just because everybody is so nice especially download he set me up got me going with it everything I needed and wanted... Great reception great phone great service come into the Pico store you won't regret it!

I personally LOVED the service here! From the greeter who was super friendly and helpful to the customer service rep who helped us out with all our needs l, we had a great experience all around. Robert Ruiz was so patient and informative as we asked a billion questions. He was super knowledgeable and we received the services we ask for, we got the best deal available for our family! I definitely will continue frequenting this T-Mobile location!
