Josh Criswell was awesome! I needed to recharge (buy) a one month SIM card that I use when going to Mexico and then have all my cell phone calls forwarded to that one month recharged SIM card. He was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable!! KUDOS to Josh!!

I am absolutely DISGUSTED by the service at this T-Mobile. The manager, Jacob, is just ignorant. I tried explaining to him that my cellphone arrived at his location and that it was received. Not only did he NOT provide me with my new phone, he told me to “eff off” and he doesn’t want to see me in this location again with threat of police. Rude, crude, and socially unacceptable behavior

Poor customer service. Felt very unwelcoming, all three workers standing by the door. I needed to cancel my Wi-Fi service and return my modem. They were of no help, told me to call t mobile and after I asked for the number, they said to google it. Why couldn’t you actually help a customer? Wouldn’t recommend this location
