I had a great experience at t-mobile! I had to transfer my data from one phone to another, and the Derek was super friendly and helpful when doing so.

Changing my review for five stars to one star because RJ signed me up for nonexistent promotions and now I’m holding the bill for about 1000 bucks. I was told management would call me back and nobody has called. I’m being forced to escalate and I’ve literally made about 15 phone calls in the past two weeks about this. My stomach is in my feet.

Gary was fantastic to work with! So patient and really offered excellent service. Highly recommend
