I was sold an Apple Watch that was not compatible with my son’s watch - now T-Mobile doesn’t want to take responsibility for their unethical actions! Still waiting for the manager to call me- good to know that customer service is priority! UPDATE: 1-24-24 Still no returned call from Anna, Store Manager. I was even on her calendar to call me on 1/16/24 at noon. I requested the district manager to call me, no call or email. If we were told that this Apple Watch was not compatible with our child’s phone, we wouldn’t have bought it. Instead, we were told it was compatible and it’s not. T-mobile doesn’t care that their workers lie to sell items but hold customers to their 14 day return policy! UPDATE 4/9/2024: So basically there has been no communication from this store manager or that supervisor to help resolve this issue. Not one returned phone call or email. My child’s birthday was at the end of February & we ended up upgrading his phone JUST SO he can use his Apple Watch that was a Xmas present. I had to email again asking for the initial whopping $50 credit they offered- FINALLY got a response - it’s funny how they decided to respond when they get what they want! Now they want me to call to verify my account to obtain this credit- I have spent so much time & energy on this- they have my info …. Smh- but they need me to call- like I am begging for this money. Frustrating! Go to a different store- this store management is something else!
