The customer service at this location was amazing. We were helped by a gentleman named Paul and I wish that all customer service experiences were like this. He was fully engaged, pleasant to deal with, eager to help and also did exceptionally well at handling the issue I came in with.

Very helpful, helped me reactivate my number that I canceled so I could transfer my number to another carrier and didn’t have any objections to this. Super friendly and patient. The employees that helped are Joey and Max.

Excellent service! Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I went in to switch back to T-Mobile - they made the process easy. Thank you for the help! Michael was awesome!
