Went in to have my family plan phone, swapped with a more current Samsung. Although my name isn't on the account, other family members are. I share the same last name. I know the address to the account. I know the full name of the owner of the account. It's never been policy before to only service and help those, whose name is on a family account. You folks helped just fine a week ago, then suddenly you have an issue about not having my name on the account. The phone number is associated with the account. Went to Kent Station, and had the phone swapped quickly with no issues. Gee, I wonder why. Morons at Covington.
