Most excellent. Went in thinking my TabA was broken and came out learning it wasn't broken at all! Works on Wifi. It's an extra device that isn't on network any more. Before coming to store, I already made deal on phone with Sprint as this Tab A notebook isn't so good on 5G.

I might have done differently had I come here first. Nice gal helped me, I think her name is Munsie... She is so keen and knows her job so well, I saw her abilities in action. Fixed my tablet. The dark switch in settings was set to complete black! She helped me understand the goods I had agreed to in my recent calls with Sprint.

Go here first. I say all this knowing I'll need help here again and hope it will be as good as this time. Another issue now. Fingers crossed!

Even though we went in the store while they were busy... on a Saturday afternoon... their customer rep Katie came up to us made sure we were on the list to be helped out. When it was our turn and she realized they didn't have what we needed in stock, she made recommendations to get us taken care of even though she couldn't make the sale. We'll done. Give her a raise!

Kate was very professional and very focused on my needs and knowledgeable! My phone completely died on a flight here. She was able to revive it enough for a transfer to a new upgrade! Valuable associate in this store!
