Worst customer service!! The staff a white young lady the only staff that was present on 4/27 around 5pm was sitting down not paying attention to us standing and waiting to be assisted. A guy walks in a few minutes after us and was immediately greeted by the lady. We told the lady we’ve been here waiting to be helped and her only response was “oh”. We will never return there. Staff needs better customer service training.

I am so flabbergasting at the service that I got here at T-MOBILE particularly at a young black female that works at this store. I was confused about something, and I spoke to myself saying I thought I had insurance The young black female sorry I do not know the name said "Sure" not thinking that I heard her. I was not going to entertain her "who probably does not like there job for whatever reason" by lashing out at them. I will never come back to this T-MOBILE again and I hope whoever reads this will think twice about coming here. I hope this young lady takes a look at herself and make some changes to the way she speaks to loyal customers.

Blar was AWESOME 10/10 recommend this place! Saved us money on our plan took 15 mins walked in and out. Couldn’t have gone any better.
