Very disappointed with their service and how they treat their customer. The individual assisting me (Erik) was one of the most rude person I met.

Each time I have been to this store, it’s endless wait. I have gone back after waiting 1+hours and without getting things done. Representative in this store seem to just go on and on with 1 person. Either they are not trained to finish tasks quickly and there is no incentive to service more people.

The assistants are very friendly. Overall the experience is good. Just be ware that when you are offered with a free Apple Watch when you open a phone line, you actually open a watch line under the hood which cost you extra.
