The individual whom attempted to help me fix my phones so I was getting dropped calls and service across the valley had some attitude. Seemed like they didn't want to be there or help me out with the issues I was having with the network. Just an all around poor experience. Very disappointed. New to tmobile and was hoping for better.

Letting you know I had bad experience with T mobile in Union Gap so was told about the Tmobie on 64th and Nob Hill and came here tonight. Louis helped me and 100% difference. He fixed my phone and was very nice and patient. I am feeling much Happier. Very knowledgeable and would recommend anyone to ask for Louis for a positive experience. Thank you Cheryle Bruner.
