We switched over from another company and Melanie was wonderful to work with. She made the transition fast and painless. She was very knowledgeable about the product and helped my wife and I choose the appropriate plan for our family. By her doing this, she helped us save money. We couldn't be happier with our encounter. Thank you Melanie for helping us with all our needs.

Overall, it was a great experience, stressful But that was no fault on Melanie. I had already been to two cell phone stores looking to solve my broken phone issue, so wasn’t really happy when I finally showed up at her store. I was really upset for the fact that they were trying to make me pay $700 for a phone. I was basically just looking to get into something to be able to have a phone if that’s just all I did. She showed me different packages and even hooked me up with cheaper Internet than I was trying to get months ago, they were forcing me into a two-year contract which is a great bonus to me. All in all, it was a good experience, other than the lack of effort from the gentleman that was sleeping at the table that I thought was waiting for one of your people to help him. I forgot his name, but they’ll be able to tell you who he is. He literally got up and disappeared when the store got busy. Definitely five stars for Melanie.

This location is my families go to spot for our t-mobile needs. The workers here are all amazing and knowledgeable about everything! Yesterday, I came in and had Grace help me with my phones upgrade and the process was so smooth and she set my phone up with the protector and new case! I loved her customer service! Then today I came in again with the family so they can upgrade thier phones as well and worked with Melanie. Again the customer service was amazing and helped set up all our phones and introduced us to a smart watch for my child that is something I have been looking for. We left with all our needs met and even more. I definitely recommend this location as they help with everything they can to make to customer happy.
