Representative by the name of Jenn was absolutely so rude and no help at all. Kept interrupting me everytime I would say something and took no time to even look up my account and help me with any issues I was having. Would rather transfer me to someone else instead of helping me. While I love T-Mobile I would never go to this store and get help from her, if she even would try and help. 0/10.

If you are a sprint customer they treat you like the plague and just try and push you off to phone services and tell you theres nothing they can do in store. The gentleman with the beard didn't even listen to me when i tried talking about my issue just handed me a piece of paper with a phone number on it and told me to call. Cant wait to switch to a different phone service.

I called the store to hear about their Apple Watch sales, so I went in the store and the sales employee who helped me over the phone assisted me with very professional, kind & fast service ! I don’t remember his name but even though they were busy he was able to get me in and out ! Thank you
