Salesperson told me that I would get a rebate debit card that I could use anywhere if I switched members of my family over to T-mobile. Turns out the rebate cards are only useable toward T-mobile purchases.
This was either a deceitful sales tactic to get me to switch or the salespeople were not properly informed about the rebate terms.
I would prefer to work with knowledgeable and honest people. I’m considering switching to another provider as this has left a bad taste in my mouth.
I went into T-Mobile to see what plans and promotions they had available. We ended up making the switch from Verizon and Betty made it painless. She was patient, helpful, and enjoyable to work with! Betty was knowledgeable about all of the plans/products which helped us save over $2000, not including the $600 in rebates. In under 2 hours we left with new Apple Watches and iPhones.
If you're thinking about making the switch, do yourself a favor and work with Betty!
