I switched carriers an bought a phone out right all excceries included along with the plan I wanted, got home and the phone says it has no Sim card in it, I was told that the phone was active. I'm very very upset that the personal in this particular store didn't do his job the right way, he was lazy and apparently didn't want to work, now I'm going to have to go to another location today an have his laziness take care of so I can use my new phone

Jake and the team were great! We had multiple lines to add, iPhones to upgrade and Apple watches to purchase. We were able to get everything completed in a couple hours with excellent customer service. Will be going back again!

I'm sure I was scammed. I was told if I bring a friend I get 800 dollar credit on an upgrade. I was also told that new line has a promo for a free device if I add a line. And then that third line would have a promo of 800 off. Long story short joeseph said promos could double and they do not. He lied. So now I'm stuck paying 40 dollars more for 2 years.
